What is f’real?
We are the folks who proudly bring you the BEST TASTING milkshakes, smoothies, and frappés blended by YOU in our magical milkshake machine. We don’t scrimp on ingredients – real ice cream, milk, fruit, and coffee. You can find f’real in over 21,000 locations around the world from supermarkets and universities to cinemas and more!

Can I rent a blender or buy one for my home?

Why is my cup not filled to the top?
We know that the cup is only half full when you first peel back the lid and that’s because our blender needs room to blend all of the ingredients together without making a mess. As you’ll see, once blended, the product in the cup will be filled higher than before it was blended. We guarantee that each f’real is 350ml.

How is the blender cleaned?
The cleaning process depends on the blender model. The blenders with the LCD touch screens are internally 100% self-sanitizing. The only part of those blenders that need to be wiped down each day is the outside surface. The fully automated internal sanitizing cycle runs automatically every 24 hours.

What is the f’real allergen statement? Are all f’real products peanut-free?
You can find an allergen statement printed on every cup stating that our products may contain traces of Nuts, Milk and Wheat Gluten from manufacturing or blending since all of our products are made at the same manufacturer and share the same blender.

Can I buy stock?
f’real is a privately owned entity, so stocks are not currently available.

Are f’real products kosher?
We are not certified kosher at this time.

Are f’real products gluten-free?
The Cookies ‘n Cream f’real is the only flavour that contains wheat flour. That said, there is an allergen statement printed on every cup because there is a chance that other flavours could contain traces of wheat flour (or other allergens) since all of our products are made at the same manufacturer and share the same blender.

What’s the serving size and shelf-life of f’real products?
f’real frozen beverages are 350ml once blended and each cup has a best before date printed near the top of the cup.
